Production Time
Orders are handcrafted after the purchase is complete. Current processing times are 2-4 business days. Please double check any updated production times on individuals listings or on the heading banner.

We do our best to finish each item as quickly as possible while maintaining our highest quality standards.

Shipping

Standard purchases will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 for USPS ground advantage. You have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Express shipping during checkout. 

USPS ground advantage delivers within approximately 3-6 business days. USPS Priority Mail or UPS delivers within approximately 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed during the holiday rush. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item(s) ships. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your item is in the hands of the United State Postal Service, we have no control over the exact delivery date.

Damaged Goods

Please email mindy@eminicreations.com with photo documentation of damaged goods, including shipping box, within 3 days of delivery.
