What's the cost of shipping?

Products ship at a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping. At checkout, you can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail for $9.95 or Priority Express for $45.00. Free local pick up in Omaha is also an option at checkout.

When will you ship my order?

Products are handcrafted after purchase therefore there is a 3-5 business day production time. Any updated shipping info will be listed on the banner at the top of the website home page.

How do I place a custom request?

Click contact us at the top menu bar and fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Or email mindy@eminicreations.com. I will respond within 24 hours and let you know if I can create your design.

How do I place an order?

Select the colors for wood, wire and/or hooks in a listing. If personalization is in the design, enter the word or words exactly as you would like them to appear. The designs cannot be done in all capital letters. Select quantity and add to the cart. If you have any special instructions please inform me in a note at checkout. I may have questions for you so please check your email during the production process.

How are the frames built?

Frames are cut from pine wood. They are assembled using wood glue, nails and heavy duty staples on the back. Each piece of wood has unique knots and markings. Frames are sanded, stained and have a protective sealer applied for a long lasting finish. The backs have one coat of stain or paint as well as one or two sawtooth hangers attached for easy hanging.

How is wire art created?

I form the wire word and art freehand, without the use of a template, to flow as script handwriting. No two words or designs will be exactly the same. Wire designs are made with 3mm wire unless specified in the listing. Wood designs with wire personalization are made with 2mm or 2.5mm wire. Small tools are used for the more challenging bends. Wire may have small dents or marks due to the tools used to bend the wire. I use the tools sparingly.

How can I check my order status?

First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.

Can I change my subscription?

Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.

How do I track an order?

After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
